I got snakes in my hair, I got spiders on my feet

No ei ollu oikeesti käärmeitä tukassa ja hämähäkkejä jaloissa tänään. Sen sijaan näytin tältä:



Siinä näkyy valitettavasti myös epäviehkeä keittiönurkkaukseni, pahoittelen. Enkä oo varma, oonko esitelly näitä kielinörtin lempparisukkiksia aiemmin, joten tässä vielä kuva niistäkin:

Ois kyllä kivempi, jos noissa ois ihan jotain järkeviä sanoja tms., mut onhan pelkät kirjaimetkin ihan siisti juttu. Mut melkeinpä vielä siistimpi juttu on tää monsteriboksi, jonka ostin itelleni halloween-lahjaks!

Miulla oli ennestään vaan Dracula-boksi, jossa on siis Lugosi-Dracula ja sen kolme jotain jatko-osaa, ja oon yrittäny ettii samanlaisii bokseja noista muistakin klassisista "monstereista" mut huonoin tuloksin. Mut nyt oli tullu uutuutena tommonen kaheksan leffan paketti, jossa on siis Draculan lisäks Frankenstein, The Bride of Frankenstein, The Mummy, The Invisible Man, The Wolf Man, The Phantom of the Opera ja Creature from the Black Lagoon. ♥ Ehkä näitten parissa jaksaa ootella loppukuun karmivia bileitä.

Well I didn't really have snakes in my hair and spiders on my feet today. Instead I looked like that. Unfortunately my not-so-beautiful kitchen corner is also visible in the photos, sorry about that. And I'm not sure if I have shown before those language geek's favourite tights, so there's a photo of them too.

I think they would be even neater if they had some actual words or something like that in them, but bare letters are quite a cool thing, too. But almost cooler thing is the monster box I bought for myself as a Halloween present!

Previously I had only a Dracula box having the Lugosi Dracula and three sequels, and I've been trying to look for other similar boxes of the other classical "monsters" but without result. But now there's this brand new box of eight movies, including Dracula, Frankenstein, The Bride of Frankenstein, The Mummy, The Invisible Man, The Wolf Man, The Phantom of the Opera and Creature from the Black Lagoon. ♥ Maybe these will help me to wait patiently for the creepy parties at the end of the month.

Kauluspaitatyttö

Tänään teki mieli laittaa päälle kaikenlaista uutta. Kauluspaita tarttui jokunen aika sit mukaan Seppälän alennusmyynneistä, ja kaulakorun sain tiistaina myöhäissynttärilahjaksi. Lisäks pihalla tepastelin uusissa tennareissa, jotka ei nyt kylläkään päässy kuvaan/kuviin. Ai niin ja käytin myös uutta violettia kajalia, joka ei kylläkään kuvassa ees taida näkyy.

Taannoisesta kirpparilöytöhameesta on tullu miun suosikkiarkivaate. Oon tainnu käyttää tota koko tänkin viikon, hups. Se on mukava ja nätti ja käy kaiken kanssa, eikä se oo liian lyhyt tai paljastava eikä liehu vaarallisesti tuulessa.

Eilen kävin ostamassa liput kahteen ekaan perjantain Ghost of Cinemare -leffaan. Uu jee, 3D-gorea ja vampyyreja. Niistä on varmasti hieno yö tehty.

Today I wanted to wear all kinds of new things. The blouse I found a while ago on sale at Seppälä, and the necklace I got as a post-birthday present on Tuesday. And outside I walked in new sneakers, but they were left out of the photo(s). And I used a new violet kohl that isn't really visible in the photo.

That skirt found at a flea market has become my favourite everyday piece of clothing. I guess I've been using that for whole week again, oops. It's comfy and pretty and it looks great with everything, and it isn't too short or too revealing and it doesn't wave too dangerously in the wind.

Yesterday I bought tickets for two horror movies of Ghost of Cinemare event that's on this Friday. Oh yeah, 3D gore and vampires. I'm sure that's what a great night is made of.

Here's a little toast

Ah, peilikuvia. Edellisessä postauksessa esitelty jakku pääsi tänään käyttöön. Se tuo mukavan maskuliinisen olon, minkä takia valitsin housut ja miesten paidan sen kaveriksi. Yleensä käytän hameita, mut housut päätyy jalkaan sillon, kun on jotenkin miehekkäämpi olo.

Ah, mirror photos. The jacket shown in the last post was in use today. It makes me feel kinda masculine in a nice way, and I chose trousers and a men's shirt with it. Usually I wear skirts, but when I feel somehow manly, I choose trousers.

En ookaan tainnut kertoo varvassukkarakkaudestani. Jos käytän sukkia, ne on varvassukat. En tykkää "tavallisista" sukista juurikaan. Varvassukat on vaan parhaat. Toivottavasti joskus tulee myös varvassukkahousuja, koska sukkahousuja käytän kuitenkin huomattavasti enemmän kuin sukkia (hame- ja mekkomieltymyksen seurauksesta).

I guess I haven't told about my love for toe socks. If I wear socks, they are toe socks. I don't really like "ordinary" socks. Toe socks just are the best. I hope someday there'll be also toe tights, because I wear tights so much more than socks (due to my fondness for skirts and dresses).

Eilen kävin ostamassa lippuja Ghost of Cinemareen, joka pidetään perjantain ja lauantain välisenä yönä. Jejee leffayö, vaikkakin tarkoituksenani on kattoo vaan kaks ekaa.

Yesterday I bought tickets to the Ghost of Cinemare that is on the night between Friday and Saturday. There are movies far into the small hours. I'm going to watch two first movies.

Pidän synttäribileet lauantaina, ja oon ostellu ja järjestelly niitä varten tässä kaikenlaista. Virallinen syntymäpäiväni on huomenna, ja ihan kuin kiusaksi joudun olemaan huomenna pitkään yliopistolla ja tekemään kaks tenttiikin. Ei kivaa. :<

I'm having a birthday party on Saturday, and I've been buying and organizing stuff for that. My official birthday is tomorrow, and I guess that out of pure spite I have to stay long at the university tomorrow, and, to crown it all, I have also two tests tomorrow. Not cool. :<
