Moikka. Tuntuu samanaikasesti siltä kuin elämässä ei tapahtuis mitään mut kuitenkin on kiire koko ajan. Johtuu varmaan siitä, että kurssit on loppumassa tältä vuodelta, ja on enää jäljellä tenttejä ja esseitä. Alkaa kyllä vähä kyllästyttää jo tää tenttikirjojen lukeminen, mut minkäs sille mahtaa.
Maanantaina oli ihan rento päivä, oli vaan yks iltaluento, ja meninkin sinne aika rennosti pukeutuneena. En ookaan muuten tainnu esitellä noita pilkkuhousuja vielä täällä blogin puolella. Ostin ne ebaystä jollain 3 eurolla tossa aiemmin syksyllä, ja ne on muilta osin maailman täydellisimmät housut, mut niistä näkyy läpi. :D Pakko käyttää siis aina paksuja sukkiksia alla. Niitten kanssa kukaan ei huomaa mitään.
Mut siis miun on tosi hankala löytää housuja, jotka on suoraan kaikin puolin just sopivat, ja yleensä pitää vähintäänkin lyhentää lahkeita joku 10 senttii, mut noi on kyllä just parhaan kokoset. Jotenkin on vaan outo olo housuissa, kun oon tottunu mekkoihin ja hameisiin. :D
Sit seuraa viikon kulttuuripoiminnat. Oon lueskellu John Ajvide Lindqvistiä tässä viime aikoina, ja toi Ihmissatama on nyt kolmas lukemani kirja miekkoselta. Se on kyllä tosi mielenkiintoinen, ja lisäks siinä on yks kaksikko, joka puhuu melkeinpä pelkillä The Smithsin biisien sitaateilla, ja kyseisen bändin ystävänä oon nauttinu siitä kovasti.
Pääpointti tässä nyt kuitenkin on toi levy. Kirjan otin mukaan vaan oikeestaan sen takii, että pelkkää yksinäistä levyy on aika tylsää kuvata. Mut siis, miulla ja kaverillani on sellanen projekti, että meiän piti kummankin valita viis hyvää levyy, jotka sit kuunnellutetaan toisella omavalintaisessa järjestyksessä. Wishin. Meillä on aika erilaiset musiikkimaut mut ollaan kuitenkin molemmat aika avomielisiä, joten oon aika innoissani tästä projektista. Lisäks esim. just Nirvana on semmonen bändi, johon en oo juurikaan tutustunu, mikä vähä hävettää, joten hyvä vaan, kun nyt on "pakko" kuunnella sitä.
Hiya. In the same time it feels like there's nothing happening in my life but still I'm in a hurry all the time. I guess it's because the courses are starting to end this year, and all that's left are exams and essays. I'm really starting to be fed up with reading these exam books, but what can you do.
Monday was quite a chill day, I had only one evening lecture, and my outfit of the day was pretty chill too. Btw, I don't think I've shown those pants here before. I bought them on Ebay like for 3 euros earlier this autumn, and they're the most perfect pants in the world, except for the fact that they're transparent. :D So I have yo use thick black tights underneath them, so that nobody notices anything.
It's terribly difficult for the to find pants that are suitable and right size in every way, and usually I have to at least shorten them 10 cm or something, but the polkadot pants are the perfect size. Wearing pants just makes me feel a bit weird, since I' so used to wearing dresses and skirts. :D
Then the culture picks of the week. I've been reading John Ajvide Lindqvist lately, and that one (Harbour) is the third book I've read by him. It's really interesting, and then there's this duo that speaks almost only with The Smiths quotes, and as a listener of the band I've been enjoying their lines quite a bit.
The main point here, however, is the CD. The book is in the picture mainly because it's so boring to use only a single CD in a photo. So, me and a friend of mine are having a project that we both had to choose 5 good albums and then make the other one listen to them in the chosen order. As a first thing to listen, I got In utero
by Nirvana, and I chose Wish
by The Cure. Our tastes in music are a bit different but we both are quite open-minded, so I'm pretty excited about this project of ours. Additionally e.g. Nirvana here is a band I haven't really listened to, which kinda makes me feel ashamed, so it's great I now "have" to listen to it.
