under renovation... again

Joo-o, makuuhuoneessani näyttää tällä hetkellä tältä: 

 

Kämppänihän oli remontissa viimeksi kesä- ja heinäkuun – ja ihan samasta syystä eli siitä, että vettä tuli sisään jostain mystisestä syystä. Kesällä ei löytyny putkista mitään vikaa vaan silloin korjailtiin maaperästä nousevaa kosteutta (asun siis ihan pohjakerroksessa maan tasalla), mut nyt sit löytyi putkesta reikä, ja se on jo onneks korjattu. Nyt menee vielä pari viikkoo siihen, että lattiaa kuivaillaan kuivauskoneella ja sit remontoidaan seinä taas kuntoon ja lattiamattoo paikoilleen.

Asustelen täällä remontin keskellä, ja toi kuivauskone pitää aika ärsyttävää ääntä, mut ehkä sitä jaksais kuunnella sen pari viikkoo...

Alussa kyllä suututti aika vahvasti se, että eikö voi tosiaan luottaa siihen, että asiat hoidetaan kerralla kuntoon, mutta tokihan mokia sattuu kaikille, ja jos sitä putkihalkeamaa ei vain huomattu silloin kesällä niin minkäs sille mahtaa. Toivon hartaasti, että tää jää viimeiseksi remontiksi, jota joudun tässä kämpässä todistamaan.

Eipä miulla muuta tällä kertaa, halusin vaan jakaa tämän ilon kanssanne.

Translation:

Yeah, that's what my bedroom looks like this moment. My pad was under renovation for June and July – and for exactly the same reason, water coming in for some mysterious reason. They didn't find anything in the pipes in the summer and they fixed moisture rising from the ground (I live in the ground floor), but this time they found a hole in a pipe, and fortunately they already fixed that. Now it'll take couple of weeks to dry the floor with a drying machine and then they have to renovate the wall and floor.

I'm living here in the middle of the renovation, and that drying machine makes pretty annoying noise, but maybe I can take it for couple of weeks...

At first it made me a bit angry that can't you really rely on that things are taken care of once, but surely everybody makes mistakes, and if they didn't notice the hole in the pipe, well, that's it, what can you do about it. I really hope this will be the last renovation I have to witness in this pad.

That's all this time, I just wanted to share this joy with you.
