A couple of outfits

Nyt ois tiedossa pitkästä aikaa arkiasukuvia. Päivät alkaa olla niin lyhyitä ja luonnonvalo niin vähissä, ettei enää saa valaistuksen takii kovin hyviä kuvia, mut ei voi mitään. (Muutenkaan ei oo aina aikaa jäädä hengailemaan kameran eteen ennen lähtöö yliopistolle tai muihin menoihin.)

Pari viikkoo sitten pidin eräällä englannin kurssilla pienen esitelmän post-punkista, ja tapani mukaan pukeuduin sitten teeman mukaan.

Vähän jotain rekvisiittaakin oli mukana. Vaikkei valitettavasti ollut mahdollisuutta soittaa asiaankuuluvaa musiikkia, yleisö pystyi kuitenkin töllistelemään ees tuomieni levyjen kansia.

Tajusin muuten tuolloin, että levyhyllyssäni on suuria puutteita, koska miulla ei ollut esimerkiksi Joy Divisionin levyjä ollenkaan. Asia onneks korjautui saman viikon sunnuntaina levymessuilla, jossa kävin kaverini kanssa ja josta löytyi Joy Divisionin Still sekä lisäksi Flesh for Lulun Plastic Fantastic ja Alice Cooperin Brutal Planet, kaikki viiden euron kappalehintaan. Jee jee.

Tässä vielä asu joltain toiselta päivältä, jolloin ei tapahtunut varmaan mitään kovinkaan erikoista. Tykkään tosta luupaidasta, mut ärsyttää vaan, kun se on niin lyhyt, eikä luut asetu oikeille kohdille. :<

Tämmöstä tällä kertaa. Nyt pitää jatkaa taas koulutöiden parissa ahkerointia. Ehkäpä joskus lähituleisuudessa ehtisin kirjotella tänne taas jotain. Mukavaa loppuviikkoo ja pikkujoulukautta kaikille!

Now you'll get two casual outfit pics after a while. Days are getting so short and there isn't much natural light anymore, so I can't get very good pictures because of the lighting, but what can you do. (And I usually don't have time to pose in front of the camera before going to the university or other stuff.)

A couple of weeks ago I was giving a small presentation on post-punk on an English course, and true to form, I used the theme as an inspiration for my outfit of the day. I had also some props with me. Though I unfortunately didn't have the chance to play music, the audience was able to look at the CDs I brought.

By the way, while planning my presentation,  I realized that there are some serious flaws on my CD collection, because I didn't happen to own any album of, for example, Joy Division. Luckily things got a bit better on Sunday of the same week, when I went to a record fair with a friend of mine. I found there Still by Joy Division and also Plastic Fantastic by Flesh for Lulu and Brutal Planet by Alice Cooper, and they all cost just 5 € per piece. Yay.

Here's another outfit pic from some other day. I don't think anything special happened that day. I like that bone shirt, but I'm annoyed the shirt is so short and the bones don't settle on the right place. :<

Well, that was all this time. Now I have to get back to school stuff. Perhaps I'll have time to write here something again in the near future. I wish you all a happy rest of the week and also happy Christmas party time!
